In my opinion this statement means even though everyone chooses to do the wrong does not make it right . Everyone can be against doing the right thing but that should not stop you from doing the right thing . I do believe people can influence you either in a positive way and also in a negative way. It is best to associate with people that make good decisions because they are a part of how you make your decisions. The right thing will always no matter what it will the right thing and the wrong will always be wrong . We all know the difference between right and wrong because we are aware of our good decisions and our bad ones. We all need to learn how to stand up for the right thing and not just stay quiet because everyone chooses otherwise .
