 FBI Criminal Investigation


An  FBI criminal investigator is a person who works with examining written records helping to prepare evidence for trial , investigating felony and misdemeanor crimes , and offering testimony in court about the gathered evidence .

Duties and Responsibilities : The main task of an investigator is to work in crime scenes. They will need to gather all the evidence and determine what happened based on the evidence observed . They work with homicides and many other investigations .

Salary :  $43,441 a year
Education : Both masters and bachelors of science in criminology  

Demand for this profession : Criminal investigators must be problem solvers , be able to effectively interact with and educate people and be active listeners . A college degree in criminal justice or related field and experience in law and enforcement are both benefits in law and enforcement are both benefits when looking  for employment.


Reflection: I have always wanted this as a career , I love this career and I know what steps i need to take in order for me to be successful in becoming a criminal investigator.
