Duties and Responsibilities : To maintain proper care for the elderly residents, nursing home administrators hold the responsibility of planning, coordinating and supervising health care delivery. Nursing home administrators see federal  facilities  

To ensure that the federal, state , and local regulations are being met. Their daily duties are to manage insurance billing, creating work schedules, patient records, supervising admissions , hiring new health care professionals, purchasing medical equipment and directing 24/7 health care.

Salary : $ 100,252

Education : Four year baccalaureate degree from a college or a university, Major in health care administration , long term care administration, business administration, public administration, public health. Or management.

Reflection : I would not like to become a nursing home administrator , the reason for that is because I want to major in fashion design. I know I have always wanted to major in this field and I plan to continue.  This job is interesting  and has a good pay .
